Utopias

Work from his years at the “Eduardo Abela” Academy. The sea is already here with its creatures (a seahorse, a giant squid) beside travellers, in dreamlike scenes rooted in surrealism. The series gave its name to his first solo exhibition, Utopías del sueño (Havana, 2006), the year he graduated with the Gold Title.
